Ice Skating is a main feature of Winterland. Entry onto the 144m squared (16m x 9m) ice-rink is inexpensive, and you can pre-book your skating session. Evening skating and live music is perfect night out with friends or colleagues, or the perfect date. I love felting, particularly Nuno felting which is an innovative Japanese felting technique that combines wool and fabric. This type of felt is made by hand attaching very fine wool fibers to silk.The resulting felt is light weight and has excellent drape and flexibility. It combines the lightness of silk with the warmth and funkiness of unspun wool. As well as felt I love shibori, but FELT comes FIRST Joy Ivill
